Sierra Hills Swim and Racquet Club is a non profit corporation. Sierra Hills consists of 190 resident members who own homes built by the Deane Brothers. Deane Brothers began building the homes in 1966. They had envisioned (way back then) to build over 600 homes on this hilltop. Due to many factors, like the economy, they stopped building the Sierra Hills Swim and Racquet Club homes. Because Deane Brothers did not fulfill building all the homes as they promised, in 1979 the resident members decided to allow the beginning of the associate membership policy. This benefited the homeowners which helped them by keeping their membership dues at a lower cost. It also benefited the rest of the community by allowing them to use the pool, tennis courts and belong to our swim team. When the resident membership created the associate membership it was beneficial to all!

Associate Membership is available. In order to apply you must fill out an Application form. There is an initiation fee of $150.00 and membership dues are $33.00 a month
