          RESIDENT MEMBERS ONLY        MONDAY-FRIDAYS 3:00 -6:00 p.m. 

             SATURDAY-SUNDAYS                               2:00  TO 6:00 P.M. 

DID YOU KNOW … when the pool closes at the end of swim season, resident members can still swim. The resident member can swim when the office is open and they must sign a release of liability waiver. The waiver lets a resident member swim without a lifeguard on duty, and swim at their own risk. The diving board would not be available and swimming would be restricted up to the 4′ demarcation line. If interest please call the office for more information. 

Associate Memberships

Associate Memberships …There are two kinds for associate family membership. The Annual Family Membership includes the use of swimming pool, play yard (when open) use of tennis & pickle ball courts, & rental of clubhouse. The Summer Family Membership  (per summer) is for use of the swimming pool. It is a yearly summer membership  to use the pool from Memorial Day unit Labor Day. The Annual Membership costs $150 initiation fee and $40 per month for the entire family.                        The  Summer Membership for the family is $420.

FYI...Please report any unusual activity in your neighborhood. Recently someone entered a garage that had the garage door open and took tools from the garage. The homeowner was home at the time of the incident. It did not stop the intruder form entering the garage and taking tools. Please report any activity to the sheriff’s station. They will come out. They may not make a report, but it will help with getting more patrol cars driving around in our neighbor hood. The local Sheriff’s number:        661-255-1121

Next Board Meeting will be on Monday,

       OCTOBER 12, 2026  @ 7:30 p.m.   

On Monday September 21, 2026 the general meeting was held. A new board of directors was approved by resident members with 56% of the eligible resident members voting for the new board members. The board members are: Liz Avetisian, Robin Brimer, Kent Ganevsky, Janette Valle, Derik Trexel, Barbara Ann McAfee, Roy Neale. New members are: Heidi Rustom, Susie Williams, Christine Valle, and Joseph Wilson. Thank you to all who volunteers that give their time to Sierra Hills! 

At the meeting it was discussed about why the pool has to close when we do not have lifeguards available. It is due to the size of the pool, and diving board, and other restrictions. At the meeting it was discussed in January 2029 the State of California will enforce rules that prohibit watering parkways and non-recreatational grass areas. The grass will need to be removed and replaced which will be expensive.
