Associate Memberships …There are two kinds for associate family membership. The Annual Family Membership includes the use of swimming pool, play yard (when open) use of tennis & pickle ball courts, & rental of clubhouse. The Summer Family Membership  (per summer) is for use of the swimming pool. It is a yearly summer membership  to use the pool from Memorial Day unit Labor Day. The Annual Membership costs $150 initiation fee and $35 per month for the entire family. The  Summer Membership for the family is $395.

DID YOU KNOW … when the pool closes at the end of swim season, resident members can still swim. The resident member can swim when the office is open and they must sign a release waiver. The waiver lets a resident member swim without a lifeguard on duty, and swim at their own risk. If interest please call the office for more information. 

FYI…Please report any unusual activity in your neighborhood. Recently someone entered a garage that had the garage door open and took tools from the garage. The homeowner was home at the time of the incident. It did not stop the intruder form entering the garage and taking tools. Please report any activity to the sheriff’s station. They will come out. They may not make a report, but it will help with getting more patrol cars driving around in our neighbor hood. The local Sheriff’s number:        661-255-1121
