GENERAL MEETING……..The General Meeting for resident members was held on Monday, September 16, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. The meeting was held to review the financial and maintenance issues for the complex this past year. We discussed future financial costs and maintenance/repairs needed for the upcoming year. The clubhouse roof needs to be inspected an possibly repaired. The parking lot should be patched, slurried, and striped. We also discussed trying to start-up the Swim Team program for the Summer 2025. At the meeting we held the general election for new board of directors for the October 2024 to September 2025 year. The new board was elected with fifty-nice percent of the resident members casting their ballots/proxies. A long time board member, Gene Mock. decided to retire. Gene was a board member since 1997-1998 general meeting when he was elected to the board of directors. Gene has great knowledge & history about Sierra Hills Swim & Racquet Club. Gene will be truly missed! We currently have 9 board members on the board of directors: Liz Avetisian, Jennifer Bledsoe, Robin Brimer, Kent Ganevsky, Lori Lanthier, Barbara Ann McAfee. Roy Neale, Kevin Trexel, and Janette Valle. Board members volunteer their time, and energy to help manage Sierra Hills Swim & Racquet Club. Thank you!!
