We rent out the Clubhouse for Special Parties: Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Wedding Showers, Birthdays, etc.

Rental costs vary: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Rentals starts at $375.   

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Evenings Rentals are $475 until 8:00 p.m. 

(After 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. or Midnight: there is the additional cost for a Security Guard).

Please call our office between 3:00p.m. and 6:00 p.m. for details!

FYI: If there is a problem with landscape irrigation, and water is not shutting off to sprinkler systems,

Please call our office at: 661-252-3080. If the office is closed, please call our security company,

Copper Eagle Security: 661-251-6999. They will be able to contact someone who can resolve the problem.
